Day 1: Upon at Dar es Salaam International Airport you will be met by your driver guide who will transfer you to Mediteraneo hotel for your overnight stay, bed and breakfast
Day 2: Depart from the hotel and drive down south to Selous Game Reserve. Depending on the time of your arrival you will depart for sunset boat drive along Rufiji River. You overnight on this day shall be at Kinga River Lodge, full board.
Day 3: After breakfast, depart for full day game drive exploring the biggest game reserve in Africa which it has abundant number of African mammals. Drive back to the lodge for sunset viewing right at the bank of the great Rufiji River. Overnight at Kinga River Lodge full board.
Day 4: Adventurous camping day!Check out from the lodge then drive in the middle of the reserve to set up your camp at the bank of Lake Manze. Later in the afternoon drive through the reserve for sunset game drive. Our professional and experienced cook shall prepare Afrikan dishes for dinner. Overnight at your campsite, full board
Day 5: Go wild!! After breakfast departs for full day game viewing and exploration of reserve; it includes the visit of Dr. Frederick Selous a professional hunter and the soldier who was killed by an Elephant in 1920’s. Picnic lunch to be provided. Overnight at the campsite, full board..
Day 6: In morning hours there will be an option of either more game drive or walking safaris. After lunch break up the camp and drive to Rufiji River Camp for your overnight, full board.
Day 7: Drive back to Dar es salaam to catch your outbound flight or you will be transferred to Mtemere Airstrip to catch your flight for Zanzibar or Kilimanjaro for your Kilimanjaro climb extension
